In order to know what you are selling, we would encourage you to purchase some 6oz coffee samples.
Once you've decided that you love our coffee, please complete and submit the Account Setup form for our private label coffee dropshipping program. You will need to have all your documents and high resolution logo file ready to upload in order to submit the form. Once it has been submitted your account representative will reach out to you, and walk you through the rest of the process.
One of the fun aspects of having your own private brand, is naming the coffees you have on your menu. We will reach out and have you fill in a form letting us know what each coffee name will be.
If you are going to have us print your custom labels on demand, you can either choose from our template designs, or send us in your own custom designed label. All custom designed labels must adhere to our design standards. You can also send us pre-printed labels from a 3rd party printer.
Once you've completed all the account setup steps, your label templates are built, and your site is ready to go, we will connect your site to our Shipstation account and have you do test orders to confirm everything is correct.
Now that you've connected your site and we've approved your test orders you are ready to start selling.

It’s important to us that you have peace of mind knowing your coffee orders are roasted and packaged with care and attention to detail.
We source our coffee from sustainable farms across Central & South America, Indonesia, and Africa. A Path coffee needs to have an overall clarity of flavor, natural sweetness, and a bold presence in the cup.
Many roasters will charge you recurring monthly fees regardless of your sales. We don’t charge any at Path. Also, any add-on services we offer are not required, but they do make your life easier.
Unlike other specialty coffee companies that look to only promote their brand, we have over 10 years of experience building and developing private brands using our coffee.
You will get your own personal Account Manager when you sign up. That person will walk you through the process and handle any questions you have. Not just an email address, but a real person to speak with.
We fulfill your orders as they come in, and there is no minimum required. However, if you’d like to fill your own orders, we do have a 25 bag MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) to ship you bulk packaged coffee.
For an additional fee, we can create professional-looking product images for each of your coffees. You will receive high-resolution JPG files for each product you’ve chosen.
Expect only the best. When you work with Path on your dropshipping private label coffee program, the coffee your customers receive is super fresh. This ensures your customers are getting coffee that will extract well and taste delicious.
Labels that we print in-house are all printed on-demand. There is no cost to you for any label inventory. You can choose one of our templates or send in your own design. There is a label template setup fee for in-house printing.
Our fulfillment program is easy to set up, cost-effective, and convenient. Each week we charge your card for the coffee bag(s) and the exact shipping cost. We provide an itemized invoice and reports for complete transparency.
Once we connect your site to our Shipstation account, we will pull down your orders throughout the day. This process is totally automated so you’re completely hands-off. No more CSV files.
Shipstation gives us the ability to custom brand your shipped and delivered email notifications. Your name and informaiton will be on each email.
The packing slip that goes into each order will have your brand logo and information. Additionally, the shipping label will also have your brand name as the shipper.

If you are doing your coffee dropshipping fulfillment with Path, we will pull reports from ShipStation and charge your card on file. The charge will be for the coffee bag(s) and the exact amount of shipping it cost us to send your packages. We will provide you with the same documents we use to assess these fees so you have them for your records.
If you are using our dropshipping fulfillment services, then we will connect your website to our ShipStation account. Then, as orders flood in we see everything we need to fulfill the order and ship it out. If, however you want to send us a particular order or want to order in bulk, then please send us an email to email@example.com, and we will take care of it for you.
Yes, we can use your logo on the packing slip we put into each order. Also, the shipping label will say your company name but use our address in case of a return. One of the great benefits of using our private label coffee dropshipping program is the branding opportunities we offer through Shipstation.
All of our gourmet artisan roasted single origin coffees are seasonal and do change throughout the year. Some we purchase more than others, depending on assumed demand. Others we are buying in smaller quantities, and once they are gone, we might look for a similar coffee, but that isn’t guaranteed. Concerning our blends, we try to maintain a similar flavor profile month to month, but we are using our seasonal single-origin coffees to accomplish that.
At this time you are required to create your own content, though you can use our site content as a guide, you must re-write it as original content for your site or any marketing materials. For tasting notes you can use the same ones we have if you like or change them for your brand.
Once we receive a dropshipping coffee order, we endeavor to ship it within 3 to 4 business days. All orders are packaged right before shipping. If we receive the order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, then it will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. At this time, all orders are shipped primarily via USPS and UPS.
