Robinson Olivera has been running Finca Las Cuevas for the last ten years in Planadas, Colombia. He named it after a protected cave in the middle of his 3-hectare speciatly farm. The cave is the property’s centerpiece, filled with banana and cane trees, all used as shade trees for the fragile coffee bushes below.

Coming from a farming family, Robinson purchased the coffee farm he and his wife operate together with their ten additional workers during the harvest.

We love this coffee for its wonderfully smooth and creamy body and complex flavor of apricot and honey.

This is a washed whole-bean coffee. Ground options are available.
