sweet citrus, dark caramel, roasted nuts, balanced

Medium Roast

We are super excited to have a brand new coffee from El Salvador on the menu. This coffee comes to us from a family farm called Los Cipreses & it’s sweet, crisp, and silky smooth.

I met German Zelayandia and his wife’s family while in El Salvador in 2018. I was there as part of a small International group of roasters and green buyers taking part in a large agricultural expo. We spent a good deal of time cupping through many samples submitted to the expo by local coffee farmers, and their coffee stood out on the table.

This coffee is sweet and citrusy, with underlying flavors of caramel and roasted nuts. It’s easy to drink and a great anytime coffee.
