Juicy, milk chocolate, ripe fruit
Light-Medium Roast
This beautiful coffee from the Gedeb district in Ethiopia comes to us from our friends at Royal NY. After cupping through a variety of Ethiopian coffees we chose this one because of its standout flavor profile and juicy mouthfeel. This coffee is round and crisp, leaving you excited for that next sip.
This coffee is hand sorted from the moment over 400 farmers deliver their cherries to the Worka Haro washing station. From there it’s fermented for 48 hours and then dried for up to 15 days on raised beds. Hand sorting once again improves quality making this G1 coffee a delight.
As a family-owned washing station, Mijane and his sons invest in the local community and schools, making the life of the farmers and residents better each coming year.
This is a washed whole bean coffee. Ground options available.
