The Fetco 2131 XTS 1 gallon extractor series commercial brewer is the prefect coffee maker for specialty cafes, office coffee service (OCS), restaurants, or quick serve restaurants. This brewers small footprint and sleek European design fits well in any front-of-house environment. Although the Fetco 2131 XTS is designed for smaller batches, when connected using the 200-240v chord you get a machine that recovers quickly for the next batch. In addition, the Fetco 2131 XTS easily duplicates batch profiles and those can be moved between brewers with the use of a removable SD card (sold separately).
