The La Marzocco Linea Classic Semi-Automatic espresso machine is the exact same machine we have in our lab. This workhorse is front and center in many of the best cafes and restaurant espresso programs throughout the world for good reason. With it’s dual boilers and PID temperature control you get more than enough stable hot water and steam pressure for the busiest of times. In addition the build quality is second to none and you can powder coat your machine in any color for an extra charge. Each machine is built by hand in Italy then shipped to Seattle, disassembled, reassembled, tested and then shipped to the customer to ensure quality through and through.
